the difference between training with asthma under control and without …

Before new inhaler: 8 miles in 74 minutes at a heartrate average of 164.

After a visit to a lung doctor and a new inhaler: 8 miles in 68 minutes at a heartrate of 145.

Hopefully, this gets me back on track for training for the Big Sur Marathon. Otherwise, the Cleveland weather has been quite cooperative for outdoor running. That could change at any moment, and may change as soon as in the next day or two, but live in the present tense, right?

I've been remiss posting photos here like I have done in the past, but I do have some recent ones archived, so I'll try and go back through and add them eventually. I've been posting a "Photo of the Day" from my collection to my Facebook profile. If you'd like to see those, click on the Facebook link and request to be my friend. Please mention you're a reader of my blog, so I know who you are. :)
