About the Blog
If you can fill the unforgiving minute ... with sixty seconds’ worth of distance run ... Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it.
The occasional musings (and photos) of a runner, amateur nature photographer, Civil War history buff, and cancer survivor. More about my blog and about me.

good Thanksgiving story :)
I was flying home on Tuesday and my flight home was delayed. There was an older couple sitting across from me and the wife asked me about my red wrist band. I said it was for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Turns out their son had Hodgkin's about 26 years ago. He is now married, has several children, and is a doctor. And has been very healthy ever since going through chemo and radiation. =)
